     Local 21 regrets to announce the passing of Retired FEO John LaClair.  FEO LaClair started with Saint Paul fire Department on March 15, 1958 and retired on July 13, 1990.  FEO LaClair’s Funeral service will be 6:00P.M. – Thursday, at Sorensen-Root-Thompson Funeral Home in Aitkin.  Father David Forsman will officiate.

Lake Firefighters Roll out the 2020 Rescue Me Calendar

The Professional Firefighters of Lake County are releasing our all new Rescue Me wall calendar for 2020. The calendar features pictures of our firefighters with animals from the Lake County Animal Shelter and our firetrucks. The calendar is only $10 and all proceeds from the calendar will be donated to the Lake County Animal Shelter to help pets find a furever home.

Just before 3:40am on Wednesday, November 27th, Local members responded to a reported commercial fire in the 10600 block of S. Parker Road.  Parker Police Department got on scene and confirmed a fire on the roof, upgrading the call to a working commercial structure fire. Members arrived to find the fire located on the roof of Denver Auto Company. Tower 45 positioned on Parker Rd.

Just after 17:00 on November 21st, 2019 Local 2086 and 4116 members responded to an MVA with extrication needed on northbound I-25 between Castle Pines Pkwy and Ridgegate Pkwy in Surrey Ridge. First arriving Engine 36 reported multiple vehicles across the highway, assumed command and requested the northbound lanes be closed.
